Reviews of Rocky Hill, Connecticut Mufflers & Exhaust
Eric Donovan: Just picked up my 2007 Saab 9-3 60th Anniversary edition at the dealership yesterday. I arranged everything over the phone and through email working with Mike Hollywood given the fact I’m in S. Cal and had to fly to SF to pick up the car. Howard is very knowledgeable on the Saab line and follows through with his commitments. Everything that was promised was delivered. The only surprise turned out to be positive. The finance department found a lender offering a loan with an interest rate 2% lower than originally quoted!

Tom Springfield: I had my 05 Vespa Granturismo serviced at Rocky Hill. This included an engine oil and filter change. 1.500 miles later the oil filter came loose, leaking oil rapidly. I paid $75 to have it towed. Scuderia refused to take any responsibility saying this can happen at 1500 miles. They charged me full price for an oil and filter change + $75 tow.The Vespa owners manual clearly states oil/filter changes at 3750 miles / 6000 km intervals. This problem has never recurred with oil change intervals far exceeding 1500 miles. People make mistakes, but this is inexcusable. My Vespa motor could have been ruined ! Thanks a lot Mark in service.

Edward Growl: I tried to support neighborhood business. They installed the wrong brake pads for my car. The garage is a dump. No waiting area. You wait in their lunch room and you wait until all staff finish their break. These guys are very slow. Made me feel like they could care less if they had any business. Strange group, poor customer service. Deceitful maintenance practices.
